The Grounds Real Estate Development AG reports changes in its shareholder structure: Deutsche Balaton AG directly and indirectly holds over 25%
Berlin, 18 February 2020. The Executive Board of The Grounds Real Estate Development AG (ISIN DE000A2GSVV5) has been informed by Deutsche Balaton AG, Heidelberg, that over a quarter of the share capital of The Grounds Real Estate Development AG is attributable to Deutsche Balaton AG together with SPARTA AG, Hamburg and the VV Beteiligungen Aktiengesellschaft, Heidelberg, through shares held directly and indirectly.
