The Grounds Real Estate Development AG also restructures its Supervisory Board – former board member Eric Mozanowski returns as deputy Supervisory Board Chairman
Berlin, 30 April 2020. Following the enlargement of the Executive Board of The Grounds Real Estate Development AG (ISIN DE000A2GSVV5) in March 2020 by the entry of Mr. Arndt Krienen, there have now also been personnel changes in the Supervisory Board. Berlin-Charlottenburg District Court took a decision yesterday to appoint Mr. Eric Mozanowski and Mr. Hansjörg Plaggemars, both from Stuttgart, to be new members of the Supervisory Board to replace the outgoing members Sönke Schwartz and Andreas Ingendoh. At its constitutive meeting, Mr. Mozanowski was elected as Deputy Supervisory Board Chairman. Prof. Dr. Winfried Schwatlo FRICS remains the company’s Supervisory Board Chairman.
As a member of the Supervisory Board, Eric Mozanowski thereby returns to The Grounds Real Estate Development AG. As a board member until mid-2018, he decisively accompanied and shaped the latter’s business establishment and expansion as a holding company for The Grounds Group operating in the real estate property sector. Mr. Mozanowski built up a wide variety of companies in the past 30 years, focusing in this respect on project development and the renovation and marketing of residential properties, with a sales volume of more than 10,000 residential units.
Hansjörg Plaggemars, a business studies graduate and management consultant, now acts as another member of the Supervisory Board. He has managed a wide variety of companies in different sectors of industry during his professional career, before becoming a management consultant in mid-2017. Internationally, Mr. Plaggemars occupies several positions as a board member or supervisory board member, including in the context of his consultancy mandates. His executive board memberships currently include BCT bio cleantec AG, Ming Le Sports AG, Decheng Technology AG, Alpha Cleantec AG and Strawtec Group AG.
The Grounds thereby again has a powerful team, experienced in the real estate property sector, to carry out further purposeful development of its existing real estate projects and the project pipeline.
